The flashes or jump scares are too much. Can I tone them down?

Yes. Open Settings from the main screen. Flashing, scare intensity, sound and vibration each have their own switch, and the change applies right away.

I ran out of tokens before finishing a night.

Every night gives a fixed number of tokens and a short list of prizes to win. If they run out, just replay that night. Once you clear night one, free play opens up so you can practise the claw without the clock.

Will my prize shelf come back if I reinstall?

Progress lives only on your iPhone or iPad. The game has no account and no cloud copy, so deleting it also removes your nights and shelf. Updating from the App Store keeps everything.
